Qualification :
* Bachelor Degree from Law/ Management/ Psychology, max. 35 years old
* Having min. 4 (four) years working experience in HR Management Process as follows:
o Industrial Relationship
o Recruitment and Selection
o Career Development
o Payroll & Compensation
o Performance Appraisal
* Familiar to use Microsoft Office
* Has a strong leadership with a good approach talent to all level of employee
