Business Manager - Corporate Risk Division
Responsibilities :
The ideal candidate will have to assist Associate Director in managing and organising corporate risks business:
* To achieve the agreed budget i.e. to manage and retain top accounts including achievement of agreed incremental growth targets, to maintain a pipeline of new business prospects at any time and the achievement of accounts, and other incremental revenue
* To manage service standards, documentation and quality of output within segment and share responsibility for claims delivery ensuring no complaints from clients and no account loss due to poor service
* Premium management ensuring no bad debts
* To maintain good relationship with insurers
* To develop subordinates and maintain good teamwork within the segment and business unit
Requirements :
* Bachelor's Degree with a strong knowledge of general insurance including property, casualty and miscellaneous, engineering and motor insurance
* 5 years hands-on experience in business development/marketing/broking ideally within an insurance broker company with at least 2 years in managerial level
* A communication professional - excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Indonesian languages
* Strong selling and presentation skills with a confident and professional manner
* Ability to maintain and develop key relationships in the market would be an excellent addition
