FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
At the moment we are looking for an energetic individual to join our team. In the position of executive search consultant you are responsible for end-to-end recruitment. This means you are responsible for business development, sourcing suitable candidates and placing them at the clients’ company. As a single point of contact you will work closely with several reputable multinational clients.

We are looking for somebody with excellent sales and communication skills (in both English and Indonesian) who is confident dealing with senior level executives.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high energy level, passion for recruitment, a strong interest in people and is ambitious.

For this position you need to hold a bachelor degree and preferably have experience in recruitment and/or sales.
