Responsibilities:
* To deliver training module, to modify training material and monitor the market trends for training purposes
* To provide training and development monthly reports
* To implement training and development activities
Requirements:
* Male/Female, age of 35 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor (S1) degree in HRM/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
* At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Good presentation and communication skills and posses self-confidence
* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential
* Applicant must be willing to travel Jakarta, Bandung
