Citifinancial Relationship Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
* Position Summary
o As Individual contributor in driving sales in the area through joint sales and promotional activities with the channel partners, but not limited to coaching the channel sales team, monitoring sales growth periodically and taking necessary corrective actions.
* Job Scope
o Manage in timely and efficient execution of sales plan and promotional activities jointly with channel partners to grow sales in the area
o Ensure accuracy and completeness of all loan documentation and process for ease of approval and minimize critical defects
o Liaise with all parties to recommend loan applications and ensure closure of the credit process to ensure timely approval (manage the acceptable TAT)
o Assist in preparation of routine reports focused on sales performance and customer’ spending including their preferences
o Shared responsibilities to keep the sales team morale at motivated level and coach for better targeting an better documentation quality
Requirements:
* Skills / Abilities Required:
o At least 1 – 2 years experience of relevant experience.
o Working knowledge of sales channels
o Team player and highly efficient
o Result oriented with proven sales performance
o Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight timeliness
o Possesses some analytical and problem solving skills, which can be further enhanced
o Driven, dynamic, proactive and maintains positive outlook at all times
o Ability to interact and work with people from all levels
