ADC TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Accountabilities :
* Conduct Training Curriculum for Alternative Distribution Channel (ADC) - Telemarketing & Bancassurance
* Conduct training session for new recruit, motivational program, product certifications, and advance product knowledge for all of ADC
Qualifications :
* Minimum level of formal education : Bachelor Degree or SI with a good grade point average (above 2.7)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales training, specifically in outbound telemarketing
* Sales oriented and self motivated to succeed
* Excellent supervisory, coordination and communication skills
* Proficient in verbal and writing English language
* Computer literate : MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point
