Qualifications:

Gender: MALE
*
Age min. 32 – max. 40 years old
*
S1 degree in Finance / Legal with minimum GPA of 3.0
*
At least 5 years of working experience in listed company in Corporate Secretary / Finance Department (Preferred: Working experience in Securities firm and has good interaction with Bapepam)
*
Good knowledge of Bapepam and JSX rules and regulations
*
Good understanding of Stock market operations
*
Good communication skills – pleasing personality
*
Strong analytical skills in financial modeling, accounting and financial reporting
*
Legal drafting capability
*
Good command on spoken and written English
