Sales Trainer
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree
* Min. 2 years experience in Insurance/Banking/Financial Industry
* Advance capability to deliver training and managing result
* Strong knowledge in training and educational methods (role play facilitation)
* Comprehensive understanding of industrial information
* Willing to travel
Job Descriptions:
* Responsible in conducting agency training and educational programs and monitoring of the effectiveness of programs executed
* To support agency team leaders and ensure all agency force in achieving company NBI target
* Contribute to agency development by delivering coaching and working partnership with leaders for recruiting, productivity, active agent ratio, premium, and persistency
* Maintain compliance based on SOP and company regulation
* Responsible to build a communication with agency force for business and training matter
* Report completion on time
