We are PMA company, the largest producer and exporter Polyester products, is looking for the suitable candidates for the position of :


SENIOR MANAGER, GENERAL AFFAIRS & PERSONNEL



Qualifications :

1. University Degree in Law/Economy, preferable/not a must

2. Good in English for both conversation and written (must)

3. Having minimum 10 (ten) years working experience in same field and for handling various licenses at DirJen BKPM, Bea& Cukai for Kawasan Berikat etc, Immigrations papers and Manpower.

4. Handling more than 250 employees, must be aware with the Labour Laws and Labour agreements ( PKB )

5. To manage/handling company's assets, such as vehicles (15 units) and property/ apartment (35 units).



6. To solve problem and able to analyze the matters wisely.

7. Ready to work under pressure and having a strong leadership

8. Good computer literature such as Excel, Word, Power Point

9. Age max 45 years old.
