ACCOUNT MANAGER Job responsibilities:

Providing focus on the relationship and business with the customer
Building relationship and networking with key customer executives and “owning” the customer.
Identifying new business opportunities provide first line support to the customer and providing customers’ feedback to Business units.
Supporting development and implementation of the Account plan prepared for Qdc Technologies.
Support the sales process, protection of Qdc interests, fulfillment of contractual obligations of Qdc, including the closing of business and payments.
To ensure business volumes and profitability
To work for customer satisfaction measurement and continuous improvement of thereof.
Meet objectives as defined in the unit Balance Score Card, including but not limited to Orders Booked, Net Sales, Accounts Receivable, Profitability and Customer Satisfaction.
To support the Key Account in the following Qdc processes policies, guidelines and directives.
Organize and lead regular review meetings with the customer (as & when necessary) to ensure the smooth running of the business. Build and manage strong relationship with customers.
Ensure financial targets are met.
Attend and lead core three meetings.
Support in providing total solutions, products, and services to the existing customer.
Support the development of Operational System and Processes within the Key Account Organization.
To support Key Account to monitor and track issues of concern like:Business
Customer satisfaction rating
Services outages in customer network

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering / Graduate / MBA
Min. 8 years relevant marketing experience and at least 3 years of them within the telecommunication industry
Have good knowledge of telecommunication organization, products and services
Have a wide networking among telecommunication communities.
Posses ability to communicate effectively
Posses ability to adapt to change and working in stress
Business orientation: Business and financial awareness to ensure understanding of the implications that various courses of action will have on cost and revenue
Excellent Negotiating and Presentation Competence
