-- Coordinate with the product team in all administration related aspects.
-- Assist in the consolidating and preparing product info data base from GTM into system.
-- Ensure appropriate controls are in place to safeguard the company assets.
-- Help assist GTM in reporting and preparation data for business analysis.
-- To assist in the planning and execution of all product marketing initiatives.
-- To assist in the successful implementation of all Sales Launch activities and customer sell in.
-- To assist the planning process by coordinate of the forecast and actual order cut off from GTM.
-- Provide on a timely manner to the department functional every documents and data base needed for daily routine operation.
-- Report on any discrepancies found during the administration function and corrective actions to prevent the same thing to happen in the future.
-- Develop and Implement a process to minimize the amount of documents and information both physically and in the system.
-- Understand and operate the available system related to the product marketing and sales.
-- The above to include being fully versed with AdiRace Cognos and Powerplay.
REQUIREMENT:
-- Minimum Diploma
-- Highest sense of responsibility and personal integrity (honesty, truthfulness, reliability).
-- Hard working and Work in Details.
-- Able to liaise with people within the company.
-- Minimum one year experience in admin or accounting (Preferable in a multinational company environment).
-- Communicate in Indonesian language. English is a major advantage.
-- Proficient in the use of computers (especially Excel and Power Point).
