CUSTOMER SERVICE – Supervisor/Asst.Manager Key responsibilities is to support Share Holder Services in customer activities, related to transaction and customer complaint with focus on Customer Contact Center.

Requirements:

University degree
Have min. 2 experience as customer service or marketing from banking industry is a must, preferably experience in custodian bank
Own Waperd or AWM
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Excellent communication skill & teamwork
Have customer service skill
