Report local HR Dept Head, and will have to work very closely with APAC & Headquarter Compensation & Benefits personnel for all compensation & benefits policy changes.
Perform competitive analysis and propose necessary improvement.
Create, develop, get support from management locally retention programs that can attract & retain good talent and implement it effectively.
To build strong networking & Liaise with Remuneration Survey Consultant to get external market data & benchmarking.
Work with Outsourcing Company to ensure timely & accurate monthly payroll.
To be responsible for all Human Resource Information System, by implementing Available Corporate System and maintain it to ensure its update & accuracy.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Western Multinational Company.
Dynamic individual with proven ability to lead projects, strong analytical skill & strong personality.
Familiar with Employee Personal Income Tax.
Excellent interpersonal skill and good written/oral English communication skills for Overseas training & interact with people outside countries.
Be a team player and result oriented.
