Requirements:
- S1 degree from reputable university
- Good in English
- Having min. 1 years working experience in managed a data centre operations
- Willing to work on shift hours
- Good Technical Skills in Windows Domain ( MS Windows 2000 Server, Microsoft Exchange Server)
- Have hardware knowledge of server class machines and basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Have skill installation of Server class machines.* Linux (or) Network (or) Unix Knowledge is a Plus* Good Operational Skills* Good Backup Operations Skills, like managing tapes, inserting tapes for scheduled backups and restores.
- Customer Centric approach.
- Have knowledge in monitoring understanding of CPU, Memory and Network Utilization of servers and escalate as per escalation matrix defined.
- Microsoft Certification will be preferred.
- Basic Knowledge on RAID configurations
