Our company is the leading Pallet Manufacturing Company belonging to an International Group headquartered in Denmark. In the line with our rapid expansion, we are searching for potential candidate and high performer to fill in the following position :
FINANCE & TAX OFFICER
Purpose of the job:
In the scope of Finance & Tax Officer, you will be responsible for:
-- Assist in ensuring all accounting operations are compiled with company and group policy
-- Ensure all manual journals are reviewed prior to enter GL
-- Ensure all accounts are properly reviewed and monitored
-- Ensure all invoices are correctly and timely issued to business partners
-- Assists in preparation of financial statements.
-- Assist in preparing and ensuring that reports to management and the group are accurately and timely submitted.
-- Assist in budget and forecast preparation
-- Excellent knowledge / experience in monthly & yearly tax reporting
-- Well knowledge of tax issues & Indonesia tax regulations
-- Have certificate brevet A and B is preferred.
To be successful, the applicant must have following background:
Minimum work exp. 2 years in Manufacturing company as Accounting
Able to communicate in English +- Written and Spoken (a must)
Min. S1 degree in Accounting / tax or any with deep understanding in cost accounting / finance / tax field
Able to work under pressure with the short deadline
Computer literacy is a must
Having wide knowledge in accounting cycling
Integrity value, driving result, organizational awareness, analytical thinking.
Able to work as a team and individually
Staying and preferable candidate home is Tangerang area
Ready for working at Tangerang location
