Min. Bachelor Degree
Having at least 5 (five) years experience in similar position or industry
Having a good knowledge in correspondence with Mining and Forestry Department
Good computer literacy
Have excellent management and negotiation skills
Have excellent administrative and communication skills, both in oral and written English
Willing to travel as if needed
