IT Helpdesk Requirements:

S1 Degree in IT from reputable university
Excellent in configuring and supporting Microsoft Windows 98, XP and Microsoft Windows Server 2003, and also on Computer & Peripherals (PC, Printers, Scanners, etc)
Able to maintain, administer, and set up computer networks including switches, access points, etc
Strong knowledge in network concepts
Able to work within a team environment
Willing to work off-office hours
Good interpersonal and communication skill, customer focus, continuous learning, & good command in English (minimal passive)
