Experience with Oracle, MS-SQL, Essbase or Cognos

Job Description:
Product Consultants will design and support Oracle databases and Hyperion System 9 applications. Ideally, you will have prior Hyperion product experience and/or a strong aptitude to learn multidimensional databases, finance applications, and Business Intelligence applications. Strong project management and accountability skills are essential. Most of a consultant’s time is spent at various customer sites doing complicated installations, development, or training. Long term projects may include defining customer requirements, design, implementation, testing, and support. When not on-site, the consultant may support other consultants in the field, teach classes, or provide support to customers.
Support Consultants backup other consultants in the field and customers. They will contact you by phone or email with questions and your job will be to find them answers. You will have to collect information, research the issue, and do some testing on your own. When you find the answer or an acceptable work around, you pass it back to the customer and move on to the next case. Customers can ask you anything from simple questions about product usage, all the way to complicated installations and product bugs.
You will also be responsible for installing and configuring Hyperion products including Hyperion System9. Hyperion products cover a range of technologies from operating systems (Windows & UNIX), web servers, network security, and relational databases. You will be required to design, test, and execute an installation and migration plan at customer sites.
Job Location
Hiring for Jakarta. You may be required to travel for up to 50% of your time.
