-- Calculate & estimate all project cost & project value (telecommunication project)
--Analyze and understand tender requirements, propose, strategize and manage the proposal development process
--Effectively meet customer’s needs and enhance the competitive position of the offer
--To help sales & marketing team in the pre and post sales activities including contract negotiation and legal discussion
--Facilitate commercial, financial and technical information among the team members to ensure consistency in strategies and proposal as a whole
--Responsible for pre and post bid preparation functions
--Preparing bid submissions (hard and soft copies).
--To lead post proposal review to identify good practices and continuous improvements
--Working and coordinate other resources from different department
--Prepare and lead the handover process from sales to project delivery team once contract is awarded
Job Requirement:
--Minimum S1 degree majoring in Civil Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or other related educational background
-- Mastering in estimate & calculate all project cost & project value (telecommunication project)
-- Having a good knowledge about sales, marketing and bidding
-- Having minimum 5 years experience in marketing / bidding area
-- High proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat;
-- Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Project;
-- Have an excellent communication and negotiation skill
-- Good command in English both oral and written
-- Able to work under pressure
