Bachelor degree
Min.3 years experience in Insurance/Banking/Financial Industry
Advance capability to deliver training and managing result
Strong knowledge in training and educational methods (role play facilitation)
Comprehensive understanding of industrial information
Living or willing to be stationed in Surabaya
Job Descriptions:
Responsible in conducting agency training and educational programs and monitoring of the effectiveness of programs executed
To support agency team leaders and ensure all agency force in achieving company NBI target
Contribute to agency development by delivering coaching and working partnership with leaders for recruiting, productivity, active agent ratio, premium, and persistency
Maintain compliance based on SOP and company regulation
Responsible to build a communication with agency force for business and training matter
Report completion on time
