Hotel Human Resources & Development Manager Responsibilities:

Be responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities including the development and implementation of HR policies, programs & procedures, recruitment & selection and compensation & benefits.
Capable in establishing competitiveness in the performance management and training activities.
Preparing and producing accurate management reports, HR reports, budgets and analysis.


Qualifications:

Male / Female, min. 32 years old
Has a min. 2 years experience as a HRD Manager in a 3-star hotel.
Has experience in HR management and training regarding hotel.
Understands / has full knowledge of the law & regulation of labor.
Willing to be placed at Kalimantan.
