S1 degree major in Psychology/ Law or equivalent experience
Having minimum 3 years experience in similar position
Excellent knowledge in HR System, Procedures & Performance Management, Indonesian Labor Law & Regulation Relation
Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
Team work oriented, assertive and fully initiative
Having analytical & problem solving ability
Having leadership skill
Responsibilites:
Facilitating and controlling all implementation of HR activities
Plan and develop systems, company policies and procedures
Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching employees including industrial relationship
