Male / female , max. 40 years old
Min. S1 from reputable university majoring Psychology/ Law/ HR Management
Manage employments levels within the company in order to ensure minimum staff levels
Develops, organize and maintain contractual matters related to labor
Develop systems to increase efficiency in managing human resources
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experienced in performing recruitment, organization development, compensation & benefit, human resources research, employee promotion / transfer, and other HR related activities. ( preferably experienced in mining industry )
Willing to travel
Proactive personality, energic, honest, integrity, able to work under preassure
Excellent in English both oral and written
