Human Resource Management A.Position Requirements

Human resource major in local university or college.
To be familiar with labor law act regulation and social circumstance .
At least five years similar experience on human resource in foreign company.
Fluent English or Chinese spoken.
Good communication with every kind of the people.
B.Position Description

To recruit, monitor and manage local employee.
To draft and revise labor contract.
To communicate and contact with local labor authorities.
Normal control of local employee.
Other things assigned by the company.
