PERSONNEL HEAD - Indonesia

PERSONNEL HEAD Responsible for managing all aspects of human resources in the store, which includes recruitment, training & development, industrial relation, payroll system and all administrative matters related with this area.

Job requirements:

S1 degree in economy, psychology or law with min 4 years working experience in human resources area with last position in supervisory level
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
Good English communication and computer literate
Strong leadership and high motivation
Ready to work under shift schedule or on public holiday as scheduled
