A university degree holder from any major
Minimal one year experience as a trainer
Preferable from insurance industry background
Effective English communication skills; able speaking mandarin will be an advantage
Innovative/ creative, yet analytical with a good ability in understanding and managing complex situations
Good communication and interpersonal skills - can express ideas and exchanges information clearly and persuasively
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to roll-up his /her sleeves to get things done
High level of personal integrity and uncompromising personal ethics as well as ability to profess the company's corporate values of empowerment and trust
Willing to be stationed outside Jakarta
