Business & Technical Support Post Date: 22 Jun 09Job Description:

Provide technical and functional support to end-users
Attend Helpdesk and perform on-site support
Perform server and application setup
Troubleshoot software problems
System documentation updates


Job Requirement:

Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent, have profession certificate in Computer Engineering holder MCSE is preferred
Knowledge in SQL and Database Software
Knowledge in Windows server and Linux server is an advantage
Good command in English and Bahasa
Able to work under pressure and self-motivated
Initiative & proactive, eager to learn and accept new challenges
Analytical minded & strong problem solving skill
Occasion overseas traveling may be required
