Major Job & Responsibility:

Planning and implementing Push Sales National Program

Responsible to provide Network Planning data

Responsible to communicate national and regional sales programs mechanism

Responsible to provide regional selling forecast per product, per area and channel

Acting as a bridge between Regional, Area, and Head Quarter for every sales programs


Requirements:

Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree

Having a minimum 3 years experience in Sales Operation or Sales Development

Having good understanding about segment characteristic in cellular retail trade

Having good knowledge in telecommunication business

Having detail knowledge about Direct Sales (Retail Sales) and Indirect Sales

Strong analytical thinking

Innovative and creative

Customer service orientation

Good communication & influencing skill

Excellent in English

Advance in Ms. Excel
