Product Support Manager - Consumer Business
KEY AREA RESPONSIBLE :
Develop and implement product management.
Execute training management program for promoters.
Seek, gather and understand end-users insights and needs.
Analyse market opportunity, secondary data, trends, and competition - to develop benchmarking activities.
Formulate and define product portfolio.
Maintain pricing policy and strategy - to update master data
Execute new product introduction, product positioning and innovation to market.
Manage internal and external training on product & application knowledge.
KEY OBJECTIVE :
Achieve excellence level on promoters management system (TSMP).
Support business growth of consumer electronic business.
Effective and efficient execution of product management.
Networking with partners in consumer electronics in modern and trade channel.
EDUCATION And EXPERIENCE :
Min. Bachelor degree (S1) from marketing, engineering or communication backgroung with strong training and product management background.
PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience min 2 years.
Creative in organizing public event related to exhibition.
Project management skills to organize and launch product.
Competent in leading training.
Ability to speak on public with large audience.
Ability to operate PC especially creative powerpoint presentation.
Ability in English both speaking and writting skills.
