Sales Trainer

Requirements:

* University degree
* Minimum of 1 year experience as sales trainer
* Has a good performance record
* Has experience in writing/designing training modules or distance learning materials and understands learning styles
* Able to deliver training module
* Understands the nature of life insurance industry
* Has good knowledge of various insurance products

Skills:

* Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Analytical Skills
* Presentation Skills
* Management Skills
* Communication Skills
* Good command in English

Job Description:

* Deliver training materials to AXA Mandiri sales force and Bank Mandiri frontliners including training for new distribution channels such as Worksite, Mobile, Credit Card Group, Consumer Loan Group, Call Center, Micro Banking, etc
* Conduct Training Need Analyis based on sales performance observation
* Develop taining materials and monitor sales performance to ensure the productivity of sales force and the achievement of company sales target
