Promo & Event Associate
Experience / Qualifications:

· University degree
· Has at least 3 years experience in insurance industry
· Computer literacy (MS. Excel-Advance, Word, Access)
· Good command in English
· Good interpersonal skills
· Hard worker
· Fast learner


Job Description:

· Assist in developing and maintaining effective promotion program in order to increase productivity, motivate and maintain distribution forces
· Prepare all promotion announcement for signing off by authorized persons
· Communicate and create awareness of all promotion program to distribution channels
· Process and ensure validity of data monitoring of promotion program

· Evaluate effectiveness of promotion program
