Understand Technical aspects of the implementation
Conduct technical requirement and gap analysis with reference to the application software function and feature
Document all requirements, test cases and training programs
KNOWLEDGE:
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Credit Card Collections will be preferred
Product Knowledge of Microsoft based application Collections products will be preferred
Preferably Microsoft Certified or MS-SQL Server 2000/2005,Crystal Reports, Visual Basic, ASP or .NET skills Stored Procedures, Strong SQL skills
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Has a Bachelor or S1 degree from a reputable university
Minimum of 3-4 years experience in IT services or software development
Must be proficient in English
Candidate must have good communication, technical and documentation skills
