Management Audit Executive
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Check and monitor the implementation of system and procedures in Sales & Marketing Division are implemented consistently and effectively in order to support company objective in developing excellence business process
* Assist division and department in improving and documenting business processes
* Execute audits in accordance with defined audit steps, under the guidance of a senior internal auditor or audit manager.
* Obtain, analyze and appraise audit evidence as a basis for an informed, independent and objective opinion concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls
* Preparation and clearance of audit reports to ensure high quality and compliance with agreed procedures and system
* Conduct other special audit / projects and fraudulent activities investigation requested by management and audit committee
* Propose recommendation on how to improve security of system and procedure in Sales & Marketing Division
Requirements:
* Male / Female
* Age between 28 - 33
* Bachelor degree in Management or Technical
* Minimum of 3 years working experience in audit and quality management system (ISO 9001:2000)
