Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in any discipline
* Min. 3 years working experience, preferably in Life Insurance industry
* Strong marketing experience and background
* Excellent relationship building skills, especially with sales teams
* Strong communication and negotiation skill
* Team player
* Adequate Project Management skills
