The AIG Young Leaders Development Program (LDP) is a 12 month program where the incumbents gain hands-on experience while receiving intensive training. The aim of the prgram is to develop future leaders of the company in the sales area.

Requirements:
* Along with a Degree/Diploma, you should have a minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment with a focus on service and sales, but outstanding fresh graduate are welcome. Additionally, you should be customer service-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skill. Besides having a strong desire to undertake service responsibilities, you should also possess strong leadership skills.
This challenging position can provide a great opportunity for the right candidates to earn UNLIMITED INCOME with minimum guaranteed income of Rp.3.000.000,- (netto/month)
