Sales Support Group Staff in East Branches

POSITION TITLES:

1. Sales Support Group Staff (Denpasar)
2. Sales Support Group Staff (Negara)
3. Sales Support Group Staff (Mataram)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* •Create Sales Order (SO) in SAP
* •Monitor and ensure closure of all SOs created
*
•Coordinate with SCM (Logistics) and Finance on pending or open SOs
*
•Attend to distributor concerns on purchase transactions and/or Purchase Orders (POs)
*
•Prepare periodic sales reports (weekly, monthly)
*
•Consolidate weekly reports of field sales personnel (trade and competitive intelligence, operational reports, etc.)
*
•Provide administrative support for field sales operations

QUALIFICATION:

*
• Bachelor Degree preferably in management, economics or finance
*
• Two (2) years experience in Sales, Sales Support, Logistics, Accounting/Finance or General Administration
*
• Experience in telecommunications industry is an advantage
*
• Knowledge in automated accounting or information systems (particularly in SAP) and distribution systems an advantage
*
• Familiar to operate Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
*
• •Can work with minimal supervision
*
• Customer oriented
*
•Resourceful and with self-initiative
