Responsibility:
The job holder is responsible for leading and managing IT Help Desk with responsibility for help desk operations, hardware and software end user support.
Requirements:

Hold a minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university
*
Has minimum 2 years experience in customer service, back office operation and general knowledge of HUB system
*
Possess knowledge of banking product
*
Has good communication skill
*
Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
*
Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
*
Has a strong drive to succeed
*
Demonstrate high degree of integrity
