Associate - Corporate Banking
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for transaction process to include (not exclusively) due diligence, preparation of legal and financial documentation and financial analysis as well as in charge for the preparation of market / sector analysis to support presentations and the transaction due diligence process
* In charge of the deal opportunity screening, assist Associate Director/Director/Managing Director in originating, structuring and executing IB equity issue, advisory and merger and acquisition transactions in the South East Asia region, especially in Indonesia



Requirements:

* Hold minimum bachelor degree from reputable university. Overseas graduates would be an advantage
* MBA/ Master graduate from highly reputable universities or professional qualification such as CFA or CPA preferred
* For has minimum 4 years experience in investment banking with balanced involvements in M&A advisory and equity issuance transactions
* Independence and ability to supervise Analysts work in Investment Banking daily activities and in every deal origination and execution
* Mastered financial modeling and valuation techniques and its applications
* Possess knowledge in transaction structuring
* Has balanced and integrated high standard skill set in analysis, research, attention to details and presentation skill
* Existing network and ability to take initiatives in transaction originations
* Articulate and well spoken in English and Indonesian
* Ability to work under tight deadline, pressure and long hours
* MBA/ Master graduate from highly reputable universities or professional qualification such as CFA or CPA preferred
