HR Corporate (Recruitment, Training & Dev.)

Key focus of this position will be handle Human Resource activity, especially responsibilities about Training and Recruitment Control & Operation also especially draft design of HRM System Development.


Preferable have experience to Recruitment, Training & Human Resources System Design (from Performance Appraisal, Employee Relation, People Development and CBHRM).

The work covers :
• Human Resource system design & implementation;
• Involve at preparation project to impelement CBHRM

• Responsible about Recruitment Process especially for Diploma & higher Education position
• Responsible to handle about training control

Selected candidate for this position will be work as team member of Human Resource Dept. at Head Office thats have function as Corporate HR for all company at YKK Fastening Indonesia Group. Work 6 day a week..

Basic Requirements :
• Age 23 – 30 years old
• Education : Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree majoring Psychology or Law (from recognized institution), with GPA min. 2.80.
• Working Experience : candidate should have experience about Recruitment, Training and System Development, having experience about IR / Labor Regulation are preferable.
• Technical Skill : knowledge & experience of Recruitment Process, Training Process, and HRM System Design..
• Language Capability : Active in English (written / oral)
