Male, maximum 35 years old.
S1 / S2 degree major in Psychology / HR Management / Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 3 years experience in HR area holding the same position.
Good human resources knowledge and background in personnel administration, compensation and benefit, recruitment and selection, training and people development, industrial relations, and human resources management system and implementing.
Good understanding of manpower regulation.
Strong skill in human relation and networking, leadership and communication skill, initiative, self starter and good personality.
Fluency in English both oral and written.
Computer literacy.
Ability to perform under pressure with any kind of task.
