Male / Female , 23 +- 30 years old
Min S1 degree in any dicipline from reputable university
Min 2 year experience in similar position
Good analytical, couching and counseling
Good communication in Indonesia and English both oral and written.
Good computer literate (Ms. Office, Power Point, Ms Excel),
Understandwith recruitment technique, assessment center andemployee development method.
Responsible with job, good speed and energic, self motivated, high quality attitudeAbility to work under pressure, well +- organized, ability to work individually as best as a team.
Willing to be placed at Sidoarjo
